Driveway sealing in Omaha

Sealer is not one product. Most Omaha driveways should not look wet and dark after we leave. Decorative concrete should.

Most gray driveways get silane spray. It is a penetrating sealer rated up to 10 years. It soaks in, blocks water and de-icing salt, and does not change the color. That is the right call on a normal broom-finish slab in West Omaha or Elkhorn. If someone offers a lifetime sealer, they do not have one. Nobody does.

Decorative concrete gets roll-on acrylic. Stamped, colored, exposed aggregate — we roll it so it darkens the surface and brings the color out. We use it when the slab is meant to show. We do not roll acrylic on a plain gray driveway just to make it look “wet.”

Penetrating sealer does not carry a performance warranty — traffic and weather vary too much. After the 10-year rating window, returning clients get 50% off a re-seal. Terms are on the warranty page.

We wash first

Sealer over dirt is a waste. Pressure wash, let it dry, then seal. Same trip or the next day depending on weather. Serving Omaha, Papillion, Gretna, and Valley.
