What is actually covered

Coverage only applies if you follow the traffic, water, and curing instructions given at the end of the job. Ignore those and the warranty does not apply.

10-year caulking

On a full-job joint package we repair or replace silicone that fails from adhesion loss, excessive shrink, or material breakdown under normal weather.

Not covered: single-crack touch-ups, piecemeal joints, new cracks from a slab that keeps moving, plow blades, pressure-washer wands, gasoline or harsh cleaners, animals, or another crew working over our bead. Caulk is a flexible seal — not a structural tie.

After 12 months, a trip charge applies to look at a claim. If the joint is actually a defect, that fee is waived.

Mud-jacking

Lifted slabs need the joints sealed after the work. Water under the slab is how it sank. Coverage for lifting is on the written agreement you get with the job — not a marketing number on this page. Drainage problems, plumbing leaks, and pests under the slab are not covered.

Sealer

Penetrating silane is rated up to 10 years. It does not carry a performance warranty — traffic and winters vary. After that rating window, the original customer gets 50% off a re-seal on that same address.

General

Warranties stay with the original customer at the original address. They do not transfer when the house sells. Keep the invoice. Remedy is re-work of the failed service, not more than you paid for that line item. Weather disasters are excluded.
